Answer:
1). Make sure printer is switched on, and connected with USB line.
2). Check the port of the driver..
3). Make sure the port of the driver is EPUSB1 (Win98: Printer Property ?C Details ?C Print to Below Port) (Win 20000/XP: Printer Property ?C Port ?C Print to Below Port)
4). If the printing test page isn??t normal, please delete the driver of R230 in the system (Control Panel ?C Add or Delete Program ?C EPSON Printer Software).
5). Delete EPSON USB PRINTER equipment in Device Manager.
6). Re-start computer, and pull out USB line.
7). After restart computer, plus USB line when comes to desktop; new disk will be found and click cancel to install the driver.
