How to clean the spray head if it was jammed?

Solution:

A. Taking the printing head clean device in the printers driver program.

B. Solving by the buttons in the control panel. Note:
1). Washing the printing head only when needed in order to save ink.
2). Taking Nozzle Check to make sure whether printing head needs wash.
3). Printing head can??t be washed when fault light is turn on or sparkling; firstly change ink cartridge when necessary.

A. Printing head clean device For customer in Windows operating system
1). Make sure printer has been switched on and fault light turned off.
2). Click "start" ?C "Setting" ?C "printer", right click R230 icon, and select "property", click "maintenance" and "head cleaning".
3). Follow the instruction on the screen. Power light will be sparkling when washing (never switch off the printer).
4). Click "printing head inspecting picture" in the head cleaning interface to check whether the head is clean enough.

Note:
A. Re-cleaning will be needed when the inspecting result is not good.
B. Re-cleaning two times or three times later, if the inspecting result was still not good, switch off the printer till next day. Re-clean the head and inspecting again when needed.
C. If the quality still didn't improve, the ink cartridge might be over time (within 6 months after its open); replace new ink cartridge when needed.
D. Contact local distributor or service center if the quality was still not improved.
